Family house – Encovany

The extension of a family house in Polepy – Encovany started to separate from the rest of the house due to uneven settlement of the foundation joints. In order to stop further movements of the foundation joint, holes were drilled through the foundation strips, through which rammed micropiles were applied. In a second step, the resulting cracks were fixed with stainless steel helical reinforcement rods.
