Josef Popel’s Steam Mill – Chabarovice

The building of the former mill in Chabařovice was in bad condition after a long period of dilapidation. Cracks had appeared on its exterior and interior. During the revitalisation of the building, it was necessary to secure the cracks and to make an additional wreath. We secured the cracks with simple stainless steel helical reinforcement rods. On the exterior, we applied double tie rods (two reinforcements in one groove) around the perimeter of the building at the 1st and 2nd floor ceiling levels to create an additional attic wreath.
